Not huge news, but still a reminder of how fast they grow up!

Back on the Jan.13th post I wrote about how Chase had cut his seventh tooth, and then on this past Wednesday (the 23rd) Chase woke up with his eighth tooth!!! (the fourth on the bottom) That is crazy! Chase has never cut teeth that close together! Only 10 days! Hmmm, well I don't think I have too much else to say right now, but I wanted to make sure I wrote that down!

Kelowna visit...

They sure had fun together!

More Kelowna visit!

Still some more Kelowna!

Brandy & I had so many plans of things we'd like to do when Chase & I got there, and really...what were we thinking!?!? Between two little ones naps, breakfast and lunches, our showers...time really slips away!! We did manage however to get to the grocery store, and down to the mall one day...but let me tell you it took real organization!!

Kudos to mothers of multiples!!!

What's new??

When Chase gets bored with pushing or pulling this little wagon...He picks it right up and throws it out of his way! In this picture he is just picking it back up after throwing it!
OK then... MUSCLES!!!
Right now, Chase's favorite person is Dad. Ian was home all last week, from being laid-off, and every time he went out to shovel snow or anything, Chase would run to the baby gate and cry! Then when he would come back inside the house, Chase would run back to the get yelling "Hieeeee Da-da, hieeeee Dad!"

I left for an hour and a half, and had to tell Chase for about five minutes that I had returned home! Good thing he's cute!! ;)

Chase has cut his seventh tooth now, (the third one on the bottom) and I think he is working on the eighth maybe too...

Yesterday, Ian & Jess got out sledding. Did I mention that Ian had bought Jess's sled from him? Well, he did...So it's a good thing for Ian to get out and enjoy the fresh air with his friends.

Tonight we are going to have an early dinner and head to Ainsworth for some fun in the water! Chase is SUCH a water baby! Christine, Ryan, & Mattaya are heading out earlier than us, so hopefully we'll see them before they head back in to town, and the little munchkins can show off their swimming talents together! Sadie, Rich, Dustin, Maria, & Harlan might all be heading out there as well, so it could be quite a bit of fun!

Then on Tuesday, the four of us will be heading west... 1st stop (And last for me) Kelowna to visit with Brandy & Brooklyn and help out a bit while James is in school. Brandy & I are looking forward to getting the pumpkins together for a few days of playing!! I wonder how crazy we will be at the end of it all! We'll see soon enough I guess...We are hoping to take them to "Story Time" (or something like that) and maybe swimming as well!! Ian will continue on with Kita to Vancouver to visit with Chad, Fayne, & friends!

Happy New Year....Here's to 2008.

Well, here we all are in 2008!!!
I know that if you all had a nickle for every time you heard me say "time goes by so fast" you'd all be rich, but I just can't believe how fast it really does go, especially after having a baby! Chase is already 14.5 months old, and he's certainly not a "baby" anymore!!! He does so many new things constantly now, that he simply amazes us. He loves to be read to, and he also "reads" to himself! It is really quite cute! He has now had his sixth haircut, has six teeth, and is constantly on the go!! He doesn't just walk places, he wants to run!! Yesterday Ian & I took Chase and Kita for a walk in the snow, and Chase seriously walked (in a snowsuit & Sorel winter boots) approximately 1 kilometer (maybe just over) by himself. Just toddling after us!! Babbling away! He was quite proud of himself! I am sure this year will be full of exciting things for Chase, I look forward to watching him learn! Anyhow, I should get going...I hope this finds you all well.

P.S. The picture of him in the bathtub, just so you all know, it was bubbles that made the water look murky...it wasn't actually dirty!!
