And she has a name....

James and Brandy's babys name is Brooklyn Michael...Super cute! Can't wait to meet her...I'll post a pic with this as soon as I see some!

Such a happy boy!

Chase is such a happy guy most of the time...I have to wonder if it's because he is so well rested!!! (He's been sleeping through the night, 7-8 hours at a time!!) We are so thankful for that!!

I am still waiting on pictures, and of course to hear her name...But She was born on Saturday morning at 9:47am. (Exactly 6 weeks after Chase) She was three weeks early, weighing in at 7lbs 4oz, and 21 1/4" long!! Can't wait to meet her!!

1 Month Apt. ~ Dr. Johannson

Chase went for his one month apt. today and he is now up to a whopping 10lbs 11oz!! (That's my boy!) I am proud to announce that Chase did NOT pee on me at this apt. either! Wow, I guess that could be because he did that already twice today at home! Anyway...She told me he is doing great...AND that she is leaving the clinic! Ahhh!! We really like her! Oh well...

Nov. 14th ~ One month old today!

I honestly can not believe how fast this past month has gone...Of course during the times in which I have had no sleep, it doesn't seem to have, but looking back...I am in such shock!
This past long weekend my two cousins and my aunt had a baby shower for Chase, (Thank you so much you guys!!!) and it was really nice to see those of you who could make it!! Chase got totally spoiled!! There were so many beautiful and thoughtful gifts...I really can't say how touched I was. One gift that really blew my mind was from "Uncle Shane." He's so far away, and yet he arranged for Chase to have a star named after him in the "International Star Registry." I Will take a picture of the certificate with Chase once he wakes up...
Anyhow, we really loved all that Chase received...Thank you all so much!!

2nd Public Health Nurse Visit

~20 DAYS OLD~
Today was our second time seeing the public health nurse. I knew that Chase had gained weight as he has been getting more and more heavier to hold these days! I know that you are all thinking, "Come on Coral...you can't possibly notice that so soon" But I must tell you, my little boy who looked so much like Ian when he was first born, is looking less and less like him...possibly because his face is getting more and more round!! The nurse told me that the average weight gain a week for a baby is between 5 & 7 ozs. My little man (or not so little) has gained (in TEN days) 1.5lbs!!! His weight right now is 9lbs 7oz!! I call him my little tank!
Anyhow...He is healthy and doing well so that's all that matters!!

Nov.1st ~ 2 1/2 Weeks old already!!!

Here is Chase @ 2.5 weeks old!! He is growing like a weed! I can hardly believe it! He is sporting his "The Littlest Colgur" onesie, made for him by Keltie!! How sweet is that?!!
